After the launch of the brand new webpage Pink Pearls Magazine, we are looking for an editor who finds a challenge in professionalizing and expanding Pink Pearls magazine. Pink Pearls Amsterdam is very ambitious in turning this magazine into a successful and suitable medium for the target group.
The function
The editor co-ordinates the entire production of this digital magazine and is responsible for form as well as content. He or she selects and corrects texts and rewrites them when necessary, guards deadlines and keeps an eye on the tone of voice.
The profile
Suitable candidates have a broad experience in editing and work quickly and precisely. He or she also possesses the following qualities:
- You are a firm discussion partner with a pragmatic attitude, fitting well in an environment with ‘do-ers’
- You are a very decisive person and know how to move within different cultures
- You are an energetic, positive professional
- Good knowledge of the Dutch, English and German language
- Affinity with the lesbian community
