In the past weeks, we have been very busy with the website and the second edition of our digital Pink Pearls Magazine. We keep improving and professionalizing ... After the festive launch of the website Pink Pearls amsterdam.com in September on Lesbos, the site has been visited many times. Something we are proud of! Just like we are proud of the number of women we have already reached through the social networks Hyves and Facebook. The attention we get is overwhelming and we really want to thank all the women for that.
Ball room dancing for female couples
The dusty image of ball room dancing has been shaken off a long time ago. Ball room dancing is a nice and sportive hobby, which is also very popular among lesbian women. Big dresses and patent leather shoes are being replaced by comfortable clothing and the lessons are often accompanied by popular music.

Annika Brantz-Wijnen (25) knows what she wants; she married the women of her life and is happy breaking taboos. Annika works for Embrace Pink, an organization that tries to make homosexuality debatable in a creative way.

Garbo Amsterdam will be Pink Pearls!
Last year Garbo Amsterdam enthusiastically entered into cooperation with women’s party organizer Garbo for Women. Unfortunately this cooperation ended because of different opinions and both organizations went their own way. To avoid confusion, Garbo Amsterdam decided to start the new year with a new name: Pink Pearls Amsterdam.
